The currently applicable provisions on the Supervisory Board’s compensation are set out in Section 12 of the Articles of Association of Siemens Energy AG. They apply as from October 1, 2024 and have been adopted by the Annual Shareholders' Meeting on February 20, 2025. At this Annual Shareholders' Meeting, the remuneration for the members of the Supervisory Board presented in accordance with Section 113 (3) of the German Stock Corporation Act and the applicable remuneration regulations for the Supervisory Board were approved by a majority of 99.56% of the valid votes cast.
